I’ve ordered this several times. Good quality no issues. Only complaint is that they don’t provide a scooper.

Been using this for years, best creatine without the extra crap in it. No bloat and I like it dissolves with no issue and no flavor so I can add it to my greens.

I've tried many supplements and almost all of them are a waste of money but creatine is a big exception. It works very well but strength and endurance but if you are a heavier person you need a higher dose. The recommended 5g daily dose doesn't do anything to me but 15g per day works great (I weigh 220lbs). Watch the YouTube videos by Andrew Huberman or Thomas DeLauer where they talk about how the dose needed is dependent on your weight.

In south Africa we have a creatine powder that when you drink it your muscles arent sore at all no matter how much you gym. but with this product i still have all the muscle aches and pains which tells me product is inferior to what im used to so going forward i will just order it from south africa as it will cost the same as buying it here on amazon for same 1kg amount , Cant take photo each time try to take photo Amazon app Kicks me out and have to restart review process

I've been taking this now for 11 days and all i can say is wow! Super effective, I've been taking about 8g a day, I've noticed a huge boost in my workout, reps, strength, and unexpectedly cognitive function as well as improved blood flow to my man bits :). I'm sleeping better, with zero brain fog, its helping in my weight loss.... I'm not sure there is anything this stuff cant help with, I'm over 40 and i would recommend this to any one in my age group that just wants to feel better over all and improve consistent energy levels throughout the day, no more mid day drowsiness. This is an amazing addition to your daily routine for sure
