INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Sea Moss has to go through a process of harvesting, washing, and drying in the sun, in such an environment which Sea Moss comes from, debris will be found within and on the Sea Moss before and after, because the process of Sea Moss is quite lengthy, as a customer you will have to clean the Sea Moss thoroughly from any debris and cut out and wash anything that’s been dried onto the Sea Moss. Take your time and clean your Sea Moss. 100g of Sea Moss should take between 10 to 15 minutes to clean, (you only have to do this once a month) use a bowl, sieve and scissors to wash your Sea Moss it works really well. Put your Sea Moss in a pot or bowl add spring water or filter water one to two inches above the Sea Moss, you can cut a lime into 4 and place it in with the Sea Moss, put a lid to cover and leave soak 12 to 24 hours. Once you have soaked your Sea Moss for 12 to 24 hours, it would have roughly doubled in size. Take your blender, scoop out a portion of Sea Moss and put into blender to the line, you can press/push the Sea Moss down a bit in the blender roughly to the line, then add water to the line, blend your Sea Moss until it is smooth a creamy like consistency, pour into a sealable jar with a wide neck preferably, it makes it easier to spoon out especially if it is a jelly like consistency. Let it sit for half an hour or more before refrigerating. Once you have cleaned your Sea Moss thoroughly, please bear in mind that the last 2 washes, I would recommend to use spring or filtered Water. Put the Sea Moss in a pot or bowl that is adequate for the amount of Sea Moss you are using. I would suggest 500ml to 800ml of water per 50g to make a jelly like consistency, if you would like your Sea Moss runnier just add more water. You will get around 2L of Sea Moss per 100g, with that in mind, two tablespoons every day (at a jelly like consistency) should last around three to four weeks. you can also freeze your Sea Moss in portions up to three months.
