You need AC Unit, I needed AC Unit.I bought this before you did and I was just like you worried I would get the wrong one.I pulled the trigger on this one and WOW what a buy. It punched WAY higher than I thought possible.No need to dump tanks, run hoses (unless you use the dehumidifier) and ran like a champ all summer long.Friend, buy this one, you'll be glad you did.

I bought that AC with a doubt, but came out super good. IT is really less noisy then the ones that I previously used. Not crazy silent but really not bothering me at all. Installation was easy. In fact I am not a handy person, just an IT guy but installed it and got working in 15 minutes. Phone App works great. I can manage it online even if I am not there. I am happy with my purchase and if I need another AC, will buy Dreo for sure.

I'm so glad I bought this item. Best 250.00 I've spent. I had a different ac unit and it was very loud and didn't cool very well. This is whisper quiet and cools very well. I was lucky to get it on sale but it's well worth the full price.

I waited after the summer to write how my Dreo portable a/c worked for me. I was skeptical at first since I haven’t used a portable a/c before but the installation is easy, even the exhaust for the window came with everything you need (except for the tape i used to make it more firmly aecured). It is easy to operate an cools the room quickly. I haven’t installed a hose for the drainage (they should have included this part when shipping) so when it becomes noisy, i have to lift it up a little bit (and it is heavy) so i can drain that little fluid it generates. The plug is a bit annoying to plug back in because it is tethered to a plastic line (I guess so it won’t be lost), and the drain is located way down about half an inch from the bottom. Other than this, I am so far happy with it! I works well for me during this hot summer days 😊

Ok, I bought 1 on Dreo's website for 459 dollars...ONE day before seeing them on Amazon for 229 dollars...I felt horrible. The AC unit worked awesome, I mean everything from the app...the amount of very cold air output...looks...everything...I really liked the unit and wanted to keep it.I thought , it couldn't hurt...contact Dreo support and see what they say. A couple of days later, I get an email...they REFUNDED me the difference...not 20...not 50...not 100...but the ENTIRE difference between 459 and 229.Talk about the best customer service I have ever received, they went above and beyond in my opinion.I felt so good, and the price on Amazon was so low...I bought TWO more units from Amazon.I have 6 of Dreo's fans, and thats why I figured their AC unit was quality like the fans are...and I was right.So basically, with that massive refund...my third unit was FREE...there is no better customer service than that...Thank you Dreo.
