there were a couple of parts missing in both of my doors. I contacted Petsafe and they immediately sent me replacements. super customer service

Works fine but i bought to replace one that the latch broke. New one doesn’t have magnet. Is that by design now?

Love that it locks but it is very noises. Does close great, you don’t have to worry about gaps the door is heavy and goes back into place.

You can't beat the price. Installation wasn't bad. I had a little problem cutting the hole in the door but that was because of a cheap jig saw. The only issue was what instructions call the exterior side (back) Instead of screws, they give you 4 little pieces of double stick tape. On my door, with wood grain and indentations it lasted about 10 minutes. I used caulk instead and it's fine. Cats have no problem with it and it keeps the dogs away from their food.

Nice plastic cat door with rounded edges. Instructions could have been a little more clear. Some holes didnt quite line up. Plastic door easily swings after installation. Adhesive along with screws make this door sturdy in hardwood doors. Use of anchors would be wise in hollow core doors.
