I originally bought these to wear in a noisy office space, and for home use to wear to bed. They work great for the office, it dampens the noise enough to be able to focus on my task without hearing the noise of traffic, construction, etc. but still be able to hear my notifications or coworkers. I wouldn't recommend them too much for sleep, they aren't the most comfortable ear plugs but they could work if you aren't sensitive to them. Easy to use and finding the size you need, I like that it comes with different sizes to find which works best for you. They are pretty light weight but you can definitely feel them if you're a light sleeper

I got these Loops earplugs because my workout classes can get really loud. Between the music and the microphones, my ears were ringing after every session. These have made such a difference!They take the edge off the noise without muffling everything. I can still hear the instructor clearly and stay in the rhythm of the music, but it’s no longer overwhelming. They fit comfortably and stay put, even during high-intensity workouts or lots of movement. Plus, they look more hidden which is way better than the bulky foam earplugs I used before.If you go to spin, HIIT, or any loud group classes, these are a must-have. I'm happy I can still work out while protecting my ears from damage.

I ride motorcycles and was interested in getting ear protection. The ordinary foam plugs like you can get at a hardware store don't work for me, I can't get them to stay in my ear. Turns out that I can't use air pods either, my ear canals are too small for them. My daughter recommended these recently and it turns out she has very small ear canals as I do and has the same problems.Well, these worked out great for me. I use a small tip for my left ear and a medium for the right. They cut out all the wind noise that I get, even the increased amount when I have the visor up. Much better than I anticipated. And with the loop design they stay in firmly.

These work reasonably well.Could work better, but that's why I'm giving them four stars instead of five. It does reduce my wife's snoring (due to a torn rotator cuff). Beats sleeping on a futon.Good value for the price, and are pretty comfortable.

I like that they’re so small and compact and that they have multiple sizes to fit my small ears. If you are one of those people that could never make those weird orange puffy earplugs work, these might work for you.I live on a very busy street corner and sleep with my window open often. I used to have to shut my window in the middle of the night especially on the weekends and I feel like I have to do this less and these have improved my overall sleep.I’d say the other reviewers here are correct. These are not noise canceling but noise reducing like the description says. If you are looking for noise canceling, these might not be for you. Not perfect but they work really well for me
