This mat is great for my baby who is just starting to crawl! She can get traction on it and it is more comfortable on her knees than the floor. It's not extremely thick but offers enough padding that I don't worry if she topples over and bumps her noggin. My husband and I like to crawl with her on it and he does some of his floor exercises on it as well, so it has been a nice multi-purpose mat. Also I appreciate having something quick and easy to throw down when the carpet isn't that clean lol.I like that the colors aren't mega bright and you can arrange it in different patterns. No bad smell either... easy to unbox, assemble and use right away.I am taking away one star because I think the price is a little high for the size. Personally, I would need three or four to cover the area I want to, and I think it would be reasonable to do that for well under $100. However if you are just in an office environment like another reviewer said, it is a perfect little mat to set the baby down on.Also, this isn't necessarily a con, probably just a sign I need to trim my dog's nails...but if your dog walks across it, she will poke little holes with her nails lol. Just a heads up.

The quality is good on these and the colors are nice but I don't think the value is great. I doesn't cover a lot of square footage for what it costs.
