I'm a bit mixed in my feelings on these gummies. It says that the serving size is 2 gummies, and each gummy is 180mg. That's what I've been taking and it seems to still be giving me the energy that I need and working just fine. My issue is that with creatine, it's usually 5g, or, 5,000 MG that you are supposed to take. So either the label is off, or I'm getting a placebo effect and fooling myself.I love the taste and ease of taking gummies when compared to any of the powders I've tried, so if I keep getting the same results as I've been getting so far, I'll stick with these, as I haven't felt any frop off in the few weeks I've been using them.

I do love creating gummies and have tried a lot. I don’t overly love the flavor of these ones tbh. They are good and good value so we may buy again but flavor is the one part I’d prob try a different flavor or have to decide if I wanna keep getting these for the value.

The gummies taste great with no after taste. Unlike traditional powders, these gummies are convenient and taste fantastic. They have a slightly fruity flavor without the chalky aftertaste often found in other creatine products. The texture is chewy but not too sticky, making them enjoyable to eat. I like that they are gummies instead of pills. I can tell a difference in the way I feel.

I like this! I hate taking supplements in the powder form since they usually don't get fully mixed into the liquid so the taste is chalky or gross overall. But this is awesome since you just take them in the number of gummies suggested on the label and move on with your day. The only thing to note is that (it's possible it was shipped improperly) the gummy can congeal into 1 massive blob in shipment. A couple of shakes will revive it though!

I take 2 gummies before my workout, it gives me more energy. I like the results and will continue to use
