Cat Mate 4-Way Locking Cat Flap, Easy Installation in UPVC Doors, Glass, and Wooden Doors - White

Really sturdy cat door. Needs some skill to install.The magnetic door keeps the door closed from wind, insects, and maybe even small rodents. The locking mechanism that allows the cats to come in only, out only, or fully closed and fully open is really cool and very functionable. The ONLY problem I have is that my door has design panels and there will be gaps and not flush with the door. Cool thing about this door though is that you may be able to install in a wall... I'm considering that option.

I tried a more expensive one with timer and microchip reading but no cat would use it. This one is basic without all the bells and whistles but get used.

The 4 way locking does not work for this cat. I wanted him to come in to be feed and not be able to get out. I set it for him to walk into cat house to be fed only and he goes in without a problem. The problem is when finished eating he can put his claw in the door, flip it up towards himself and open it. So is is a useless door for my situation.If anyone can recommend a door for Houdini please let me know. He is an outside cat that has his own house outside to be put up in. Outside cats do not wear collars for those chip doors.

This was easy for me to install. My little Chaweiners like it and I've had no problems with it. I am very happy with it.
