I like these boxers and have been wearing them for years. I would reccomend getting a large if your waist size is 34 or pants size is 34 x 30. I like a loose fit and I find with medium that it does fit but doesn't allow for as much mobility, especially when I gym and do lunges or squats. I've ripped a lot of boxers with those two exercises because of snug fitting boxers.

Extremely comfortable. It doesn't look like it but they're very breathable.

Good colors...not ridiculous looking like some brands.
